It would be nice to have others chime in to see which they purchased instead of the hunt/peck method.

Its just nice get advice on other ppls experiences. I sux to buy something and then it doesn't fit.

I replaced my stock speakers last week. I replaced them with Pyle 3.5 & 4x10s. The stockers were falling apart -- the cones were rotted some. The new ones sound really good with my new Sony HD deck.

How much they cost and where you get 'em??

i would just make a wood template thru the inside and mount some component 6.5 speakers which will sound better and cleaner hooked up to a 4 channel amp and if u want them for bass i suggest u get woofers and a nice amp better combo

I have a set of JL Audio 6x9's. Sound way better than any 4x10 that I have bought. And I bought plenty trying to find the right sounding speaker. With the adapter, they rub the torsion bar, but doesn't negatively affect anything.

It's nice to see that the spacers can actually work. Did the spacers come with those hold down wires?

Yup. And no problem.
