Rear defrost not working!

Hey Guy,s it,s Mike. I hope this post finds everyone well. I been having trouble with my rear defroster. I push the switch and i can hear it click but it doesn't come on.Does this system have a relay?Has anyone else had this problem? does anyone know of a fix? Well guy,s any input would be greatly appreciated.Thanks Guy,s By the way i have a 1987 buick regal

there is a circuit breaker and if that overloads it will reset so I doubt that is the problem, this diagram should help you to find the issue.
