Rear License Bracket

In the past I have seen a rear license bracket for Gbody`s that just folds down and doesn`t have the spring. Does anybody know where to get these? I saw them on a couple of turbo Buicks and imagine the same thing would work on my 78 Malibu. Any help?

They were not standard equipment on our G body cars, you can find them on late 70's to 80's B body cars and third gen camaro's. These are them in the pic.
