Is it possible to replace this without removing the body from the frame completely?

The rear seat floor brace that spans left and right in the rear. Is it possible to replace it without removing the body from the frame.

No, as it houses 2 of the body mounts. One on each side. At the minimum you’re looking at removing the body mount bolts and jacking the body up off the mounts to have enough clearance to remove it.

Begs the question, why do you want to remove it?
