I ultimately ended up going with an individual transport. It was a little more expensive, but the guy came highly recommended. However, I did look into quotes for shared transport. I'd recommend starting here: https://www.uship.com/vehicles/.

I have to warn you, you will probably get hounded by the companies you get quotes from. They're generally hungry for business. I'd also cross-check https://www.transportreviews.com/ as well as Yelp. Most of the quotes you will get will be from brokers. They send out the bid to independent contractors, so it's a little bit of a crap-shoot.

Also, might want to check out this thread: https://gbodyforum.com/threads/car-transport.61877/#post-530667. Hope this helps.

I had my wagon shipped from TN to NY. I was lucky. No issues at all but I cant remember the name of the company and I didnt keep the paperwork.
I called around and got a bunch of prices. High and low. They are mostly brokers. I found a place that had their own truck. They had insurance. They gave me a guaranteed pick up and also a delivery date. Thats important because if you give them a deposit and they dont pick the car up on time some guys wont give you a refund if you get tired of waiting. They actually picked up the wagon two days after I called them and I had it three days later.
One of the larger carriers told me they would pick the car up in one to two weeks, take it to their storage yard in Chicago and bring it to NY the next time that had a full trailer coming out here. Screw that.

Go with a individual so once it's picked up it gets delivered directly to you. Go on uship.com. I use to do it, it will cost a little more to do this way but it's worth it. The multi- car transport companies will give you vague pick up and delivery dates. Good luck on your transport. What are the states it's at and going to.

You could see if anyone from the area is heading up that way and they have room in or on there trailer. If you could find someone heading home it would save money as then usually they would want a little more than the gas money to get home
