is $148 total for a brand new optima red top 75-25 720CCA a good price? its the cheapest i have found so far and the best battery for my money at the moment.
LSCustoms said:yes decent price, if you can get the yellow top for the same price, would be the best bang for the buck...only time I see them cheaper is at the swap meets every year, you can get one for as low as $70
the yellow has more than enough cca, but is the better option if you are running any decent electronics... and dont have much room for a second battery... I think I have a card to the Optima guy/booth I met at the pomona swap meet, and the 70 batteries carried the same warranty and were guaranteed...richp85elco said:LSCustoms said:yes decent price, if you can get the yellow top for the same price, would be the best bang for the buck...only time I see them cheaper is at the swap meets every year, you can get one for as low as $70
cool thanks bro, i think I might snatch it up then, Im highly skeptical of used batteries but if your saying 70 for a new one then I might have to wait till the next swap meet. i think the LB one just passed
I was looking at the yellow tops but at the price of the red they have much lower CCA and i want at least 700. The batt I have now doesnt spin my motor fast enough to get it to start.
