Interesting engineering, but...
Look at the closeup pic, doesn't seem to bad. Concept seems to be a series of towers that rely heavily on cantilever to create protrusions of all sorts. Making some 20ft and some 2ft make the illusion of a pile of rectangles.Don’t think it would be very energy efficient. Installing all utilities when building was probably a real PITA. Different for sure but wierd.
