whats the best way to remove and replace doors on a 1987 monte carlo.can u just pull pins or do you have to unbolt hinges?

the easiest way i have found is just to pull the hinges its only 6 bolts if you have manual doors otherwise you will need to obviously un hook all the wires to pull them off....watch your toes the doors on our cars are heavier than they look

The pins are swedged on the ends...it can be done by cutting the pins in the center and knocking both halves out if you're just wanting to do the pins/bushings.

Use several layers of masking tape or gaffers tape on the front of the door and rear of the fenders to avoid chipping, and GET HELP. As mentioned, they are a lot heavier than most people expect.

Realistically, unbolting is fine too, as there will be witness marks on the hinges from the bolt heads to guide you with realignment.
