removing door glass

im trying to find a thread on how to remove door glass to swap from a el camino glass to malibu glass. any help would be appricited.

I posted a video of what needed to be done to get the glass out of my 87 442. It's prob very similar, if not the same. Good luck.

that is a good video but if you have the window sweeps installed you need to undo the lower stops to drop the window so you can unscrew the sweep and remove it. If you don't you'll damage the window sweep removing and installing the window

Hmm. If you mean the outside window felt, I never had an issue with them being in the way.
