replacement window regulator?

After years of carefully assisting the driver's window up and down, the regulator has finally given up the ghost. The dealer says they're NLA, and the ones I've found in the local junkyards haven't been in that much better shape than the one I already had.

Anyone know where I can get a new regulator for an '80 four-door?
