With the bags tho, can you still drag race

i think that part of depends on what kind of air system. Air Ride tecnologies makes 2 styles: the coolride which is basically just a bag, and the shockwaves which are an integrated bag and shock designed for high performance.

yeah me and my dad fully restored my jeep when i was in highschool. Took everything apart, painted the chassis, new bucket, rhino lined inside and out, new engine, 5 spd transmission, new interior, water proof speakers, and air ride system. The bags were my idea since the jeep (84 CJ7) rode really rough even after new suspension and handling upgrades, so i made the brackets for the airbags and when we turn the jeep on it lifts to where the air bags make it a smooth ride and when turned off, it sits on the frame and lets the suspension do all the work

yep, and if we go off-roading there's enough flex so we don't have to worry about tearing the bag. I'll try to get some pics when i get home for christmas break
