I just saw the add too & I don't have facebook. I like the "all there" in the discription. Guess those bumper fillers were not ordered for that car unless what looks like small chunks of what was the fillers still hanging in there makes it "all there".
If it does actually run good, I think it is a good price and worth either restoring or swapping everything over to a Regal plus you get an 8.5 rear if it is all original.
I "think" this is the same car that has been on Marketplace a couple times over the last year+ for $11K. Sure looks like it, anyway.
