With the new funding of the PD, I think that's a new take home vehicle for recent academy grads. It does have the black and white paint scheme going on, kinda-sota.

I thought all Cutlasses in Chicagoland came with removable rear bumpers? Repaired by a dealer installed 2 x 8. I had a 76 coupe, in the parking lot and it just fell off.

86 SS. One owner. I picked up last week. Runs and drives no brakes. Plates say 2018 only been off the road for 4 years. The frame looks like swiss cheese and the drivers lower front control arm was plated back together
