Do you guys know of anything that i can do to remove rust from my frame it is not major but I want it gone I am looking for something to spray on over night and but I am going to presure wash and degrease it first I was looking at evapo rust what do you guys think?

I haven't used evapo rust, but I have used POR 15 and Zero Rust both with good results. Use a wire brush to remove loose rust and then a good degreaser. Even gun wash from a body shop or brake cleaner works good. For stubborn undercoating I have had good luck with oven cleaner. The more prep you do the better the results.

you should check out gbody_vet`s build thread, he is doing just that with his GP

To take off most of the undercoat, you can heat it up with a heat gun and then scrape it off with a putty knife.

I do not know of anything you can spray on and really remove it all, even with most chemicals it still takes a bit of elbow grease and usually needs to submerge and soak the metal completely.

You could try muriatic acid, Ive never used it personally but I know some people do use it on rusted body panels. Read that its some pretty nasty stuff too, so protection gear will be a must. Look into it with a google search.

Other then that, I can suggest a good Respirator with new filters (NOT OPTIONAL, NEEDED) and angle grinder with wire wheel and get to work. And o yeah eye protection goggles not glasses.

Btw, Is the frame off the body?

The body is not off the frame, I don't want to strip all rust off I just want to get it in good enough shape to spray some por15 over it
