Lines on a g body are 1/2 20 and 9/16 18, the lines on the Trailblazer are both 1/2 20. Bore size is just over an inch on the trailblazer and just under an inch on the G body so the effort required would increase a little.

Also looks like the 4 disc trailblazer has a 1 5/8 inch bore which would be too big with stock brakes.

I have 4 piston brembo calipers for the camaro ss in the front and C5 rear calipers in the rear. The bore is similar to the bore of the camaro ss and I have braided lines so I will just have to replace that fitting. This is why I am considering this mc.

If you don't mind the same crummy cover the 2003 Astro van has the bigger reservoir a 1 1/4 inch bore and some come with the 1/2 and 9/16 lines.

Might also look at the 1998-99 C1500 master cylinder. Same fittings and has piston diameter from 15/16 to 1 1/4 depending on application. Better looking than the Astro van, same cover as a stock g body.
