actually 85 cutlass, he's right. dem are for the have nots. dems are great for people with no drive, intelligence, a desire/willingness to work, etc. that's why people who can't be bothered to get a job get free cable TV with their welfare.

with the raise of minumim wage comes the raise of already expensive products, say a company like coke, has to raise its minumum wages, ok no big deal. they just raise the price of the coke. I can honestly say this and I work for under the counter less than minimum wage for my parents buisness. its physics, for every action there is a reaction, raising minum wage will only mean the more bills that have to be printed.lol We need to cut tax breaks, and provide more jobs to people in need of money. I was told a (fictional) story about a teacher who askes the kids whether they think they should be republican or democratic, one girl goes my parents are democrats so, Im a democrat, so the teacher says, ok, well I want you to go out into the park and shovel up all the poop in the entire park and I will give the money to someone in need of it. and the girl goes, well why cant the needy person just pick up the poop for the money? and the teacher goes on to tell the girl she has a republican veiw of things. This was one of the few things that really got me to understand politics better. now I have fun debating with my clausic republican freind who likes obama because he thinks black people should vote for him and he really doesnt even know what obama is all about. and he is extremely bright, I just cant imagine the people who arent bright at all.

I've said it before and I will say it again. Voting FOR someone purely because of their race is JUST AS RACIST as voting against someone purely because of their race. The day when someone can run who is not white and their race is never even mentioned is the day we finally move beyond the irrelevant issue of skin color in this country. Do I want to see a black president? No. Do I want to see a white president? No. I want to see the person who is best for my country be president, whoever he or she may be.
