There is a high percentage of these that are 4 spd. Pontiac had the 301 up to 190 hp for the Grandam with a 4 spd and 3.23's ran mid 15's. Too bad that version never saw the light of day.
I believe that someone posted a link to that same ad here some time ago. I agree that its a rare car, with some cool options, but it looks a bit rough in the photos. I'm thinking that the seller's asking price might be a bit optimistic.

I know right? I've owned 5 and 1 of those went to the crusher.
The latest number I've found was 202 4 speed Grand Ams produced with the 301 with the MM4.
