what kinda bracket did the factory vortec setup use?

Vortec's, like all 87+ Small Blocks, are Serpentine.

early 90's and newer camaros, astrovans, and trucks all used the s-belt system, v6 and v8. you need the whola assembly, but it doesn't matter if it had an air pump or which idlers they used that year. the only real difference is if it has, and you want, A/C.
