Those mount to the engine block, not the frame. Those are the top piece. You need the bottom mounts and 3 of the 4 bolt hole mounts are used.So I just got the oer mounts https://www.summitracing.com/parts/oer-332648
I had read on here these will work. Only two of the three holes line up to the frame. Do I need different mounts or will these work?
They mount to the block & those are for '72-'81 F body with SBC. OER uses the OEM p/n a lot of times for their parts. Regardless, the frame mounts will be Anchor 2292 or Pioneer 682292.So I just got the oer mounts https://www.summitracing.com/parts/oer-332648

They won't sit right & won't have everything line up properly. OER is Classic Industries own reproduction line which could confuse some one saying OEM. If you can't get the correct ones it might be better to use the UMI ones.Someone on here said they used those from OER not OEM. You dont think I can use them?
Okay thanks. The through bolts I got are 3/8 but seems could be a little bigger. Should I use 7/16?They won't sit right & won't have everything line up properly. Grade 8 flange 3/8"-16x1" bolts are what I used.Okay thanks. The through bolts I got are 3/8 but seems could be a little bigger. Should I use 7/16?
edit: lots of reviews on the summit page for the OER mounts says they used them in a g body. I will try to mount them on the block tomorrow. They fit the clamshell perfect.
