I'm swapping the engine in my Regal to a small block and I need a new fan shroud. I cant seem to find any for small blocks online, is there ones for other models of cars? will the old one work?

I bought the one for my El Camino from a V6 G Body at a salvage yard and just removed the extension piece that was stapled on. It can be seen on the front page, "Latest From The Media Gallery".

The fan shroud and top plate for Olds 307s fit SBCs, that is what I used for my SBC swap.

Basically any g body with a V8 would work. An A/C V6 might work but you need to go for a 26” “header”( where the tank is soldered to the core) . Not sure if an F body would fit well.

I have several as well, all are 307 V8 Olds. Right now mounted on cars but they are getting electric fans eventually. Not sure what shipping would be... Tucson Zip is. 85706.

Owning a few g-bodies over the years, I had 2 v6 models both with a/c, both converted to v8s. Cut to the chase, they both came equipped with a narrower radiator as compared to the v8 ones. This in turn made the shroud narrower than the v8 ones. The v6 ones were also longer fore and aft to accommodate the shorter v6s.

You do have two styles to choose from. 1) a full plastic shroud all one piece with hold down. 2) I believe is the earlier style that is two pieces-has the steel hold down and the plastic shroud.
