These ones.

You may be able to find them cheaper I don't know. If you really want to save money hit up a junk yard and look for engines with self aligning rockers. LT1's, vortecs, etc. Although I couldn't personally buy new heads and put used stuff in them.

they're not 65 a piece..
the GMPP ones are about 45 a piece last time i checked i got lucky and found an lt1 that had an lt4 hot cam kit at the local u-pick and got the cam and rockers, got the cam for $15 and rocker for $3 a piece 😀... i some how "lost" the cam tho 🙁
EDIT: sorry i was talking about full roller i got confused forgot ya'll were talking about stamped arms

it's $65 for a set of 16 and like PontiacGP said, the stock ones don't break
BUT...the next step up is about $160, for roller tip rockers. i have them myself, don't know if they are that much better, or use much less HP to run but...

I thought you weren't supposed to use guide plates with self aligning rockers. Was I misinformed?
No your not misinformed. Usually your not supposed to run both at the same time. Binding in the valvetrain can happen.
from what I've been told... if using self aligning rockers, you do not *need* guide plates. Or vise-versa...
... I thought it was a case of "either/or"... and there's nothing bad about using both together? How would this cause binding?

They both do the job differently. It would seem to me they would fight each other. There are 3 ways I am aware that push rods are guided. Self aligning rockers, push rod holes in the head and guide plates. Aligning the push rod with the guide plate would completely counteract the use of self aligning rocker and vice versa. I don't think it would be possible to get perfect geometry with the guide plates and the self aligning rockers. You would need both to be dead on.
