Serpentine Brackets?

Now, i have some serpentine brackets from a 92 caprice cop or taxi car, can the air pump be bypassed with a pulley or be deleated totally and use a shorter belt? I will try to post some pics when i figure out how to post them. Thanks for any advice.
 
you can either get the air delete pulley or eliminate it and get a shorter belt. i don't know the length though.

Do you know what the part # is for the air delete pulley?
 
I cut part of the bracket off for the air pump so I'd have better access to the fuel pump. I using the serpentine set up from a 90's GMC suburban and ordered a belt for that vehicle which didn't come with an air pump...
