b&m makes a floor shifter for 3 speeds..

im looking at some now..the hammer shifter is beautiful but i plan on keeping my bench seats and having a shifter

do you kno a good shifter i should use...im keeping my bench seats in my cutlass

there's lots of good ones out there... I see alot of guys with B&M Mega shifters. I personally prefer the TCI Streetfighter over the Mega... it's essentially the same thing, but less logos and "bling".

but since you wanna keep your bench seat, I thought one of these would be pretty cool...

there's a whole variety of them, and I've seen many of them used in HotRods with benches. I just figured it would look cleaner than the usual floor shifter with a big clunky box.

thats the look in going for...that will look nice in my car and after i finally get my interior done i will be happy...everything inside will be black and th seats will be black leather..prolly a lil olds symbol in the headliner

You can also leave the column shift for the "sleeper look". I still column shift my bench seated regal which fakes out many folks. If you take all of the slack out of the linkage, and steady your arm by placing your elbow on your knee, you can click off decent shifts. 😀

x2 on the QuickSilver the new ones you can get them in 3 speed or 4 speed.And most of the shift kits are good i have used the B&M shift improver kits for on the street even to go to the track. MY 2CENTS
