I have a 1986 cutlass with a 200r4 transmission in it and I am having problems getting it into park and if it doesnt fully go in as soon as you start it it kicks into reverse. Its not the transmission as I end up snapping the sleeve on the torque converter and had to change to transmission andf the samething. Is it possible that the cable is to short? Any help would be great.
