1976 400 SBC .030 forged TRW pistons balanced rotating assembly 5.65" stock rods stock crank Dart S/R Torquer 2.02/1.90 heads (done 1992) hairline crack in #1 cylinder at 87K sleeved decked and honed (redone 2013) now has a Lunati Voodoo .486/.509 cam. Haven't fired it yet...we'll see whether it goes or blows. My 5-year-old installed the timing cover bolts. Priceless.

Is that from a Camaro or a Corvette? I had that whole set up off a Camaro in my basement waiting for something to put it in. Then I scraped it when I moved. Great job being unique. :notworthy:

It's from a Camaro. And thanks for the compliment . I tried to make it look as much as I could like a factory install, in fact the only single part thats not stock GM is the prom chip which I had custom burned to delete the VATS from the ecm since I used a newer one from an 89-91 Fbody with TBI.
 
Here is my motor - 1980 L82 Vette block, stock pistons, 305HO heads ported and polished (a little), Summit cam, eledbrock intake and carb, Flowtech afterburner headers- All hand built built by me- first one I ever did Cam bearings and freeze plugs in myself.
