I have a 700r4... doesn't work the same.
... after some research, the TH350 has a vacuum modulator, which has a line going to full intake manifold... likely connected to a full vacuum port on the carburator.
This modulator controls shift points, and some are adjustable, others are non adjustable.

ya i just need to find someone that did the 350/th350 sway to see where all there vac lines go 🙁

The vacuum line from the trans is for the vacuum modulator. It needs full manifold vacuum. Back of the carburetor is fine for that. Or you can use a port from the intake which is where I have mine coming from. Just dont hook it up to a timed port on the carburetor then it wont shift right.

Im running a 750 edelbrock electric choke. where would that trans vac go on this carb?thanks,Bryan

Not sure but if you have the part number to the carb you can get on edelbrocks webpage and download owners manuals, the manuals will tell you where everything should go or atleast tell you what type of vacuum the ports have.

I believe Edelbrock carbs have a port vacuum line infront and behind as well. You will find these at the very base of the carb, there will be a very large port tube.

the small port on the driver side is full vacuum. the one on the passenger is timed port. the big center is also full vacuum which I use for PCV.
