yep the circle track arms have solid but greasable bushings, the ride quality is pretty good for it being a big block car. but i do have great spring and good shocks in it too which all help out.

how hard do you push the car in turns?

I drive mine like it was a race car going around a road course. I try to double the speed limit around every corner just to push the limits of what it can do.

Any idea who offers a dropped or adjustable center drag link?

As a car crafter on a budget, I've wanted to up-grade to tubular A arms for some time but could never justify the cost of the products from either Global West or Hotchkis. For what they charge, they better be made of NASA grade spun un-obtainium. When I 1st saw that Speedway had a possible cheaper (much) alternative I called their tech support. They told me the A arms they offered were not suitable for use on a street car. I dunno, maybe this was for liability reasons. I was going to get uppers and lowers from G body parts but their Tech support suggested that I wait for their new production uppers that have poly-type bushings. His said they would be more "street friendly". I am concerned about parts failure as well as ride quality. I've seen the aftermath of wanna be street racers using solid motor mounts & trans mounts.

so what are they made for? race? don't you think that if they are strong enough for racing use that they would work on the streets? i think they are saying that because they have a solid greaseable bushing rather then a poly bushing?? maybe i am wrong...

I have used poly bushings in my upper stock control arms and now am using tubular control arms with solid greasable bushings, the same as the control arms on the circle track car I work on. I found minimal, if any, difference with the solid bushings and am pleased that I don't have to put up with the squeaking noise of the poly bushings.

how about giving the upper arms p/n for our g bodies?

went on cicle track site lots of parts : confusing... do we have what they call the metric frame?
I also went the B body spindles brake conversion ( already had the car ).....what parts (p/n) did you use to convert yours to C5 brakes for that cheap ?
I plan to put a 9" in back ...what did you use as holding arms on your car?

thanks ,
Dan
