Do you have an idea what your rates are going to be? Looking for comparison, my neighbor across the street had a dustless guy come and blast a gas pump and some panels. Guy charged $300 an hour. I'm wondering what the norm is because the Monte frame is getting close to finished.
You nailed it the machine should bring in 300an hour when running witch in comparison with conventional sand or soda is actually the same price per square foot the dustless machine is just a lot faster but take under advisement a db500 mobile with there contractor package is $54000 so catching a break on price is not likely what I did building a mobile unit is cheaper but still not cheap my blast pot was $12400 so that pile of junk I'm welding together I have just over $20k in it and haven't made a dime but hopefully that's all going to change in the next few weeks

Progress! I cut all the steel and built the stanchions that will hold the compressor in place 7014 with my old Lincoln tombstone just because the big machine is down I ain't stopping! My buddy Pat was here most of the day it was really good to have some help for a change and it helps that he's probably the funniest person I know so tomorrow I will stop at home depot and pick up some hardware I didn't have here at the house to finish some mounting and it will be back to work on the truck until next weekend when I get back on the righerez some pictures I didn't even stop to chip the slag

Tats all for now I'm tired I got rolling at 5:30 this morning

Why does my life need to be such a rollercoaster. So you know I gave notice what you don't know is I found 3 jobs all with pros and cons well my current employer cut me a new deal with new hours so I'm staying and only working 7:00-3:30 Monday- Friday and they are introducing me to there friend that owns 3 marinas so I can do his blasting work. For those of you that don't know saltwater boats have defailing paint on the hall that needs to be stripped off and redone every couple years so all good for me

In other news I got off at 3:30 for the first time today and it was awesome! Went to Industrial Welding Supply in Lakewood Industrial Park to do some research on a new Lincoln ranger ha ha that's not going to happen with all the $3, 000 modules it would take to make the ranger do what mine does I'd be into it $13, 000 so I'm going to hit Airgas about a Miller because the Lincoln people seem to think that my red-d-arc was actually made by Miller. The truck took me everywhere without getting to hot to so I'm starting to regain my trust in it

What did you do to the cooling system?
