My buddy's 09 ZR1 with a Kenne Belle 3.6L on E85:

It smells wonderful! He's still working out bugs; it has gone over 1000rwhp, but not done yet....

It went on the dyno yesterday. @ 25psi, it made 1026rwhp / 950tq 😕
He's happy to crack the 1k mark and could up the boost, but it is basically too much for the street, anyway. He likes messing with the rice bikes on the highway.

I'm just wondering, do you know how much $$ he has put in his ZR1. I have always thought that it's easier on the pocket book to build a 5th generation that could outrun a "super car" without the price tag and maintenance costs of the "super car"

that is slower than my friend who owned bought a used Lamorghini Gallardo for just under $300k Can and it costs about $2 per mile for maintance, which is cheaper than a Farrari 430 or 360
