I knew my networking in the offroad industry will pay out. Just got off the phone and it seems I'll be starting my new career as 4WD camper salesman in two weeks.
Now it's off looking for a place to live and a new shop 200 miles south.

The company builds and sells about 120 of them a year, from 4x4 Sprinter chassis up to 13-ton 4x4 truck chassis. The demand is about 3 times that and none of them leaves the lot below 250k€ for a smaller one. A Unimog like the one above is about half a million $.

I knew it was only a matter of weeks. I have a very good network in the offroad industry here and got quite a few job offers in the last weeks. What makes it even more interesting is that I'm not only a salesman, I can actually do some design work and R&D for new/one-off products.
The salary package is good and 30 days paid holiday per year makes it even better.
