Deer ran out in front of the car two ahead of me everybody slams on the brake well the guy behind me he can’t stop hits me the car behind him hits him he then hits me again
So who pays
In Pa they are going to salvage title my truck due to the age and mileage
Everything works ac blows ice cold dual gas tanks work V8 with OD XLT with tow package 188K miles
Frame is broken see pictures
How bad is the insurance company going to shaft me

You'll probably be lucky if you get half that from the insurance co. And that frame was on borrowed time it looks like it only broke cause it was nearly rotted thru.

Long story short, let's start by hoping you're ok.

If you haven't been checked out, and you start feeling at all sore tonight, tommorrow, or whenever, GET CHECKED OUT. Sometimes it takes a while for something to show itself, and you don't want to mess around.

As per your truck, you don't have to agree to anything - it's up to you what you accept. As for fault, well, typically the truck behind you, driver 2, is at fault - for both hits. What happens is driver 2's insurance then fights with driver 3's insurance over how much damage happened from the first hit to you, and the 2nd hit. But ultimately, it was driver 2 who hit you twice - once on their own, and once because they were thrown into you.

If, and hopefully it doesn't matter, you wind up having been hurt, then you can go after both the vehicles you were hit by behind from.

You will be lucky if you get $1,000. The insurance company will only give book value . At least the person that hit you had insurance. The jerk that hit me had no insurance so I got nothing. My truck was a 99 and book value was right around $1,000

They pay going rate for that particular vehicle. Trucks around here are expensive but OBS fords that don't have a diesel seem to be nearly the cheapest you can get. Right after the jelly Bean f150s.
