Stock frame offset

Anybody know what the offset would be on a stock frame with 18in wheels
On a 84 cutlass

Way too many unanswered questions. What width wheels? Front or rear? Car lowered? What height? What other mods have been done that may effect the required wheels, such as different brakes than factory?

0" probably. You could take some measurements of your current combo: clearances with them on the car, then overall size/offset/diameter/width etc. off the car. Then find a suitable 18" wheel/tire setup based on that.
