I think it use to be a jetta have no clue really.

He did a good job with matching up the vette rear end up to the car but too bad noone was around to tell him stop there.

yeah, but the wheels are definitely EG Civic Hub Caps in the first pic. Whatever it was, it's ugly now!

Its a 4 door the back doors are hard to pick out but you can see the line in the painted picture i thought it was a jetta or maybe a accord.Thank god its just a model but http://www.revell.com/catalog/products/ ... 88-47.html

totally defeats the purpose of a performance car. (If it were real) Would someone donk a ferrari? How about putting 13' wires and bags, on a 4x4 truck and having a winch and roll cage for off roading. You limit the cars ability to perform to its highest standards. And that sums it up as to why it is dumb. I mean hell, if they want to pretend that they are running from the cops in their rap songs. Why are they making their cars slower?

I just wish i could find a front end shot of the car to tell what it use to be.I don't get the donk at all why have a car sit higher then a 4x4 truck and handles like a semi.I'm sure its hard to drive a lifted truck is 2 big blind spots front and back hard to park too.

Well I'm from the other side of the fence. No I do hate riced out imports. But a well planed and executed one looks great. And for the coment on why waste time on a 4 cyl. well all I can say is that I do own a how do I put this, a car that most consider a import but was actually made in the us as my race car. It turns low 11 sec quarter mile times at just over 125 mph. It puts down just over 430 hp without the spray. THe car is my 94' Mitsubishi Eclipse. If there is one 4 cyl that should have the title "the replacement for displacement the 4G63 is it. Now I love the V-8 cars and there awesome sound but to get say my G body cutlass to run them times it would cost me alot more to get there. Also it just feels good to pull up to the staging lane and not do a burn out wearing four Hoosier Quicktime pros and seeing everyone do a double take. Then blast off with one hell of a all wheel drive launch. Back on topic I hate big wings and the kids with Hondas that have Vtec and swear they have the fastest cars on the planet. You roll up tp a light and here comes "Kid Honda" revving his engine and burns off from the light or they come flying by you with there ricer flyby reving the whole time. You can say we have alot of those here. And them coffee can mufflers. They have a n/a engine and are told that if you put this $ 500 exhaust on you will gain 5 hp and most end up hurting power due to the lost back pressure the n/a needs. And the so called Dub cars. Why is it that people take a $500 car and put a lift kit and $2000 worth of tire and wheels on these things? The worst part is that it has filtered down to the point that most of the ones I am seeing are the G body Cutlass. Talk about a way to ruin a good car. I just purchsed my second G body Cutlass (first one I sold about 10 yrs ago) and this car will be tackfully done more of a kickback to the old muscle car look. Oh ny the way Here is a pic of my "drag car"

Thanks I too can't stand all the blinky blinky light showed imports that couldn't get out of their own way if you rolled off a cliff.
