anyone got suspension techniques lowering springs in there gbody ride? if so I'd like to see some pix please. I'm looking into getting some lowering spring for my BU and would like to see how it would look. matter fact if your gbody is dropped please post pic and spec, thanks

Here's a pic of my boy TTOP Tony's SS Monte Carlo. He has 2" Belltech drop spindles up front(with stck springs) and Belltech 1.5" rear springs. I used his ride as a starting point to see how much lower I could go.

My setup has Belltechs 2" drop spindles and OPG 1" springs up front, and OPG 2" drop springs in the rear. I'm running the same wheel Tony is(22x9). Ive got the rear done, and should have the front end rebuild done this week. I'll post a few before and after pics....

FYI...........Read Tony SS post half way down 1st page. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6542&hilit=suspension+techniques I also think they are junk. Bought them myself. Stiff as hell and too short in the rear. If you went over railroad tracks or something I'm afraid they could fall out of the perch they are so short. Buy opg ones or else work off the Moog spring chart. I sent the Susp. Tech. ones back and did not get shipping refunded.

Here is my old 88SS with Belltech drop spindles and moog5660 coils up front (coil load height is about .25in lower than stock coils I believe), and belltech 1.5in drop coils out back. I completely rebuilt the suspension when I lowered it so there is no sag in the pics
