If you're interested, or in need of that 4th wheel to complete your set, let me know and we could come to an agreement on this damaged (but still repairable) 5th wheel once I've got the tire off of it.

I may be interested in the future. Right now I'm concentrating my efforts on getting a transmission holding fixture stand built so I can rebuild the TH350 in the Monte Carlo. Then I'm gonna hopefully do something about the power output.

Sounds good brother. I understand, there's priorities to which things gotta be taken care of. Just thought I'd throw that out there for ya in case you were interested.
I'll hang onto it and put it into storage in the shed until such time that you or someone else might want it.

I figured it might be a bit of a gamble buying them on the spot like that without doing any research first, but I was reassured last night in finding a couple of G body owners that run them with no issues. I did recall seeing a couple posts about IROC wheels being front and rear specific, but as it turns out, those are the 16" versions, and true "IROC" wheels, which these are not.

Had a set of those wheels on the first El Camino I bought ..

Nah, no worries and no thread jacking here Kevin. Don't sweat it, It's all good.

I like the idea of having multiple wheel and tire combinations for a particular car. The overall look can be changed so dramatically with just a quick swap.
Do you still have the Royal Knight? I was under the assumption that you had sold off all your G bodies...

Funny that you should mention the 'Vette rallies, there were several sets there for sale as well. I love the look of those wheels, and would have been all over it but I didn't think it would be the right "look" for Olds Cool. It killed me to walk away from those...

No Gbody here Donovan...the Royal Knight went to a nice young lady in Winnipeg. Her Camino was too rusty to build so I sold her this one. It's in good hands.

I had several sets of the vette style wheels including a set of true 8" vette wheels, most of that stuff has been sold off now though. I might have some center caps left her yet.

I had those rims on my S10 but with a different center cap than the Camaros.

IMO they change the look of the rim in a positive way.

They make them without the emblem too.

With these center caps they don't look so Chevy

No Gody here Donovan...the Royal Knight went to a nice young lady in Winnipeg...she was dealing with a pretty rusty Camino, after selling her some parts she found her's was just to rusty to continue with and as mine wasn't getting the love it should have been getting I offered to sell it to here. Been a couple years or so now I guess

As for the wheels I actually had a few sets of the vette style rallies...including a real set of 8" vette wheels. Pretty much cleared them out now though. I think I'v still got some center caps here though.

Good to know you've still got a set of the 'Vette rallies on hand. If I had a Malibu or a Monte, I'd be all over it as I think they look great on almost any Chevy, but I think they'd look outta place on an Olds.

Dana in Edmonton has a set on his Malibu wagon, and I love them on there. He keeps saying he wants to change them out, but I keep telling him they gotta stay, they suit it perfectly!

Speaking of center caps, these new Camaro wheels didn't come with any... I'm going to have to figure out what to put on them. I hate seeing wheels without center caps, I think it looks unfinished. I have a little experiment I'm going to try, see if the chrome Olds caps from my Olds rallye wheels will snap into the Camaro centers.

If not, I'll have to try and track down a set of the proper Camaro centers and maybe rebadge them with a rocket decal or something.

Anyone out there have (and be willing to sell) the proper center caps for these Camaro wheels? Or any other possible options?

That's a great option, and they look pretty good on there. Thanks for sharing, the more options available to me out there, the better!

If you have a trophy shop near you. They may be able to engrave an Olds emblem into these.

Might look cool flat aluminum, chrome center with a flat grey engraved emblem.

Agreed!
Do you have any links where to get them from and pricing?
TIA

Also, does anyone know what the original Camaro center caps look like and where to get those from?

Repairing an aluminum wheel here in the states runs $100-125. And then, you have a nice fully restored wheel and the rest are aged.

That wheel (used) can usually be bought as singles or pairs for around $50 each in my area
