... keep all stock emission controls.
Looks like I'll need a 1986 MCSS intake to match the bolt to head pattern, EGR and keep the right carb height for the stock hood.
If I go for the 2" hood and the ZZ4 manifold is there enough locations for sensors, vac lines, EGR crossover ... and the ZZ4s have a choke stove, so how about keeping the original Q-Jet?
Is that correct?
Help...
1- Does the stock cast iron exhaust manifolds have a restriction issue matching up to the D port heads.?
2- Will the A.I.R. tubes fit the port and locate properly.?
3- Does it raise or lower head pipe flange height, (keeping Y pipe and cat). ?
4- Will the D port Camaro/Impala exhaust manifolds fit a G body with A/C firewall.?
Thanks Bob
