I've heard of them. I know they have been in business for a while. Never heard anything negative about them.

Brad Urban may have retired by now. I'm talking over 30 yrs ago.

I didn't know that. I figured if he was still alive, he'd be an old man.
I think some guy name Mike took over his business.

I knew a guy back in Brooklyn that worked at S&K. he had a carb done by Brad. It was on a big Olds 88 with a 455. That big land yacht hauled *ss, too.

I remember they were two brothers that worked there (on Coney Island Ave).. Louie...and I forgot the other brother's name..I think it was Rob. Louie owned the big Olds. They were pretty cool guys. I had a good rapport with them. Louie originally showed me how he notched his cross member for dual exhaust. That's where i got the idea to do mine. There were no custom cross members available back then.

I used Sean Murphy and was VERY pleased. I did the stage 2. Full rebuild plus tuned for my combo. That was about ten years ago and it still works great.

What suxx is I have no core to rebuild.

Over the years I must have given away a dozen and like a dummy I just gave away the one from the Monte LS .

So I am looking to buy one outright.
