Went solo on this one today as the Jr. Mechanic wanted play on PS4. It had a nice turn out & was kinda a "dinner & a show" event cause just before I rolled onto the fire hall some yahoo in a little Italian Ram Van made a illegal U turn just to have a pizza delivery kid T bone him.
But to the cool stuff dispite no G's. Plenty of the usual cars but when was the last time you saw Desoto 2 door sedan rolling the a 318 or a mid '60's Mopar wagon with a 1st gen Hemi?
Back a whole bunch of frames ago, the call out on the driver's side roof of the car read " Howie Feltersnatch" Ahhh-Haa!! Major grins and chuckles from that one; someone was thinking wicked.
Todays solo adventure was a bit of a quick one as the car owners wanted to make something out of the show before the storms rolled in. One pair I should of gotten under the hood pics or were a '79 F series & '79 Bronco that has Coyote swaps instead of LS's. # G's, two Cutlasses I've taken pics of many times over the years & a '80 Elky SS that was originally a stick truck.
Spied this old girl sitting on the street outside the Oldsmobile show we were at yesterday, and of course had to check it out.
Literally looked like it just got dragged out of a farmer’s field and driven home. Although I’m sure that wasn’t the case. Cool AF though, even the wood framework inside the cab has survived.
Couldn’t tell what it had under the hood, but it would be extra bonus points if it was still a flathead.
