The Generic Car Show & Cruise Thread (2024 Edition)

My car is currently sitting at the Bluegrass World of Wheels show. First time being at an indoor show and I have much to improve on for next time. Car looks good, but I got put into a class with stiff competition. Odd cars, but nice builds from a general standpoint. I'll see tomorrow how I did.

The Jr. Mechanic & I made it to this years World of Wheels in Pittsburgh. We ended up also brought he one friend to share his love of the hobby. It was nice but it seemed like they really didn't put much effort into it like the past years. Good news was there wasn't much of a wait in line to see Flavor Flav as he was the big guest of the weekend. There were a few G's there but only three "street" cars.

That'll hold up at Lernerville, it's not like they go fast or have to pass a safety inspection. Think that was one of the cars we glanced over.
Not whatever that thing was. The sprint cars are fast as fck though. And the High Limits will be running there twice this year. Should be some great racing there this season.

Got home a bit ago. Ended up bringing in 3rd in my class. I was told my car would've destroyed the conservative 80-89 class, but too many mods were done and it put me into the low end of the next class up. Pretty awesome though for my 1st indoor show. Kinda butthurt to get beat by a dang ole fully restored 77 Charger!

Now I need to figure out my brakes. I have a leak at the frame valve and it was sketchy getting home!
