OK, on the 1998-05 2wd Blazer big brake up grade, Can the S10/15 2wd spindle be used or the mini vans ? The Calipers, rotors and brakes are available new. The 2wd Blazers are a bit rare up north.

I found my 2wd blazer spindles on ebay. About $90 a piece. Came with hubs and dust shields to. Have to be 98+ to get the sealed bearing hubs. The s10s dont have the sealed hubs. 2wd blazers are impossible to find in Pa.

Thanks for the reply. I found out that the calipers, caliper mounts and brake hose can be salvaged from a 1998-2004 4wd Blazer/Jimmy and the 4wd S10/S15 P/U`s. Spindles & Rotors should be 1998-2002 2wd Blazer/Jimmy. I think I have it right.

Its like a kid in a candy store. This is Great info. Now everytime I go to junk yards I will be on the look out for more items... Now the question is where to start.

Not all g body door glass is the same. The 87 88 glass is different. Find someone with a hollender to see the interchanges.I know that 78-80 stuff is usually different.

I have a bench seat in my 78 Monte Carlo and want to convert to gto bucket seats. Just looking for opinions if anyone thinks it would be easier to fabricate the seats directly to the floor board or convert the mounting points to the OE bucket seat points first. OPGI sells the bucket seat conversion points that are to be welded on the floor board but they will still not line up with the Pontiac seats? Im just thinking that maybe it would be a waste of time to weld the points that wont line up just to fabricate ones that will. But on the other hand without them it will be difficult to get the inner and outer height to sit even.
