Need a 4" aluminum driveshaft? Look for a mid-2007s 2WD Trailblazer.

Good reading. I have a whole new shopping list fro my next trip to the local pull a part. Thanks for the input. As far as interior bits go, what have people been doing for rear seats? I just picked up a pair of buckets out of a 2 dr 08 G6 that will need some fabrication to fit to the standard tracks, but did not pull the back as it was about 4 inches too narrow to make a clean install, and am also thinking I might want to attempt to update to the fold down option if I can do a clean gusset job in the back seat area of the car with shoulder belts as well. Newer GP or associated?

Just read the 15 pages of amazing info provided by everyone, here is my 2 cents, now i haven’t done this but i was told that the early 80’s Cadillac either Sedan de Ville or fleetwood digital gauge display will be a direct fit on a N/A Gbody

Anyone know what composite headlights are interchangeable on a luxury sport monte carlo

Do you need the headlights or the brackets that hold in the headlights?

I happened across a thread on LS1TECH about how to wire up a more modern servo controlled cruise control system out of a 2000's S10 or F-Body without needing a computer to control it. This should be handy for those of us that no longer have a speedometer drive after a transmission swap.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversi...t-gm-cruise-control-your-cable-driven-tb.html

Those are cheap and easy to get to in the junkyard. For an LS swap car (any LS car, really) that is the perfect solution.
