The Spotted Thread

1980? I kinda love it. Overspray on the tailpipe and keyholes. Needs transplant interior. Drove past it a hundred times stopped to look at it today... not sure if I would consider it a survivor - more like a paraplegic.

Rally Nova. (not rally sport). 1971 and 1972. Some would say the sister to the Heavy Chevy...insurance beater along the lines of the Rallye 350 Olds

There's one I posted earlier in this thread (also yellow) about 11 miles from my house, and the people I bought my purple! 63 Impala from way back in 1977 had a silver one

EDIT: Upon closer examination, it appears the stripe is the Yenko deuce style, rather than the Rally Nova stripe. Probably a clone, but you never know.

I miss my Monte Carlo (getting bodywork). Been looking at FB Marketplace car p*rn...

There's so many solid g-bodies is out there... wouldn't mind a late 70's early 80's x-body... or a b-body... or a gen2 f-body.

Saw this, this morning in front of my coffee shop.
Some people with dollars have no sense. I would not have parked here (even if the tire is flat) if these were my burnout markings.

Both doors and a fender for the white '66 are in the bed of the red one. The guy (Harry) finds, fixes, flips classic cars and motorcycles. The red '64 has a 355 that he is considering replacing with either a 383, or a BBC 454.
