When I see stuff like this, I always wonder why some engineering student that possibly has access to the tools, machines and resources, doesn't try to reproduce something like this?

I mean, there's ways to map heads like this so you have all external specs. And then just go from there. With modern computers, techniques, and machining methods, something like this should be made. And now!

Build the sh*t out of wood first, figure out roughly what works, and go from there. Seems like now adays everyone is wasting their time making retarded rims and crap parts, instead of thinking outside of the box. So many days I wish I was a machinist.....

Hey sorry I'm new to this but how do you change your avatar. I try puting up a picture of my cutlass and my uncles and it said it was to many pixel so I chopped it down to just mine and it was still to big!
Welcome, first of all.
If your picture is larger than 180x180 pixels, you need to resize it. You can open your pic (wherever it may be), and either right click on it to edit, there will be a resize option when the program opens ( I have PAINT). When you resize it, make sure the measurements are in pixels, and type in 180 for your horizontal measurement, and your program will probably edit the other box (vertical)automatically to 135. Save the picture to this size, and bam! you have a workable pic for your avatar.

Thats pretty badass, 700hp from the factory. Too bad those damn enviro hippies had to whine to the government and make olds cancel the development of this ultimate compilation of power and badassiness. Damn hippies!

Actually i believe one of the biggest reasons this engine wasn't in production was because Bill France, the guy who ran NASCAR, saw the engines getting so powerful and the cars going so fast he thought it was getting too dangerous and outlawed OHC tech in NASCAR. Once he did that everyone scrapped their overhead cam designs except Ford. There was an OHC Hemi in the works, Pontiac made a bunch, and so did Chevy. Cars would have been stupid fast if they were allowed to be made.
