Ah defiantly walk away with that price if its got water inside, My 81 leaks in the front driver and passenger side due to the calking being old and flaking away ( floor boards are mint thankfully ). Just havnt had time to fix 🙁. But if theres water in the rear most likely rotted floor board. tell him 500 cash and use for parts on another car 😛

Tell him that the guy who died told you could have it for $1500 when he passes away. Because he knew you would put the money into that it needs. Then tell him "You wouldn't want to go against a dying man's wishes, Would You....." :wink:
