Ah defiantly walk away with that price if its got water inside, My 81 leaks in the front driver and passenger side due to the calking being old and flaking away ( floor boards are mint thankfully ). Just havnt had time to fix . But if theres water in the rear most likely rotted floor board. tell him 500 cash and use for parts on another car
