Dog has been sleeping by the woodstove, switching to 5w-30 oil in the daily drivers.
Wonder if my sled will start ? 😱

i feel ya pain guys....i couldnt even wear shorts this morning..it was a brisk 39 Degrees....since warmed up to 61. our two day winter is officially over today I think.....

sorry just have to rub it in a little.

This is why I moved 25 plus years ago out here to enjoy milder Winters. Friends back where I use to live have over a foot of new snow and a day off!

You're in the warm part of the state. It was 25 degrees this AM...and warmed up to 47 for a high today...warmer than it has been in days.. This isn't what we moved to Florida for....brrrrrr! Well, at least it's not snowing...but this cold sucks.

i hear ya. i was born and raised in NY, only been in Florida 10 years and do NOT miss the snow one bit!!! Im from Brooklyn, so it was always fun to spend two hours digging out your car just so the plows can bury it again!! 🙂

You gotta be kiddin' me? I'm originally from Brooklyn, too. But we've been out of there for 27 yrs. I can't say I miss it. I still have friends up there that tell me how much it sucks.
I hear you about digging out your car, or driveway, and the plow comes in one sweep to undo what you took hours to shovel.
Or digging out the parking spot in front of your house.... put your garbage can there so no one takes your spot.

In Philly they ban putting out a trash can to save your dug out spot, not sure if NYC does too but would not surprise me if they did.

On the local Philly news, the city itself will hit 0 on Sunday morning, the coldest temps in 24 years. Guess where I am will likely hit below 0.
