Tube K member for g-body

Has anybody put a k member in for a g-body and if so.. which one?
The cost and any problems with a particular one? Help. !!!
I have done a mustang without a problem.. I am new to the g-body ..

Oh...
I am planning on putting a BBC with a 8-71 on top..

Unlike your mustang, G-bodies are full frame vehicles, and do not have a bolt in K member like a uni-body vehicle would.

A BBC, or any motor for that matter fits fine in the factory chassis, so there's no need for any modification.

If you go to the Lemans section and check out 301 to 350 swap. A guy there shogun, cut his "G" body frame in the engine area and tubed it for clearane and weight. You'd have to PM him. It was posted here for a while but it was probably last year, early in the year. Full frames have their advantages.
