Had to remove the header studs to install. Probably not necessary if you have no AC. Also had to remove one motor mount bolt. Top and most forward. May try a button head or grind the head thinner.

Have no tools or access to welding a V band on a truck manifold and the driver's side to passenger side can be done under the car. Like an original GN. Saves space of doing it up front.

It's no lightweight piece but 4 red hot header tubes supporting a cast iron turbo had be up at night. What do you think about HeliCoil ing the exhaust stud holes?
