When I turn either turn signal on, all my lights(except headlights) flash very rapidly and the turn indicator for the correct turn light up bright, and the other one is dim. That includes markers and all. Also, if I pull my parking lights on, they come on ok, but my turn signal green arrows in the instrument panel also light up. My emergency flashers work properly as well as my headlights. I have disconnected the turn signal harness at the steering column, and when I pull the parking lights on, the two green arrows still come on.
If you have experienced this and have a suggestion as to what could be causing this, please post back to me and thanks for the help!

I was gonna say flasher but ive never heard of one do that.
All i can say is check your grounds

when the indicator lights come on when you turn the lights on that indicates bulbs are burnt or there is a problem with the socket on the side the green light is on.

Thanks to all you that posted replies to me.
I will do as you said and check the grounds. I do have a complete grounds diagram of all the systems on this car.
I'll post with the resolution as soon as it happens.

Well guys and gals, I told you I would update you on the fix when I found it so here it is:
The light blue left signal wire from the turn signal switch travels from the switch down the steering column, then through the long flat connector mounted to the column, then from there to the wiring harness through the firewall and to the left front of the car. Somewhere between leaving the column and exiting the firewall, it was pinched or bared and was shorting against frame ground without blowing any fuse. The fix was to run a new wire(I started at the column connector)all the way to the front at the light harness, and that resolved the problem. I also did snip the light blue signal wire to isolate it from the short.
I hope this helps someone and again, thanks to all who posted in response to my plea!
I'm gonna post some pics soon of the Elki.

Nice of you to let us know. Electrical stuff takes patience to figure out sometimes. I'm glad you got it fixed.... 🙂
