Unbelievable oil change

It appears to be full so not real sure what would cause the engine to cease.

that's what happens to oil when there is an internal coolant leak

This is even worse than the Reserve cars we worked on. Never an oil change in nearly the cars life, pull the drain plug, nothing came out. Also had Van's where Dexcool was mixed with regular green Antifreeze. If you want to make modeling clay, that is a good way. Was Dexcool good for anything but causing problems?

I wondered what caused that... only ever saw it once on a pos ranger a customer had

I had a 4.3 full of Yoo-hoo when the trans cooler inside the radiator let go. I had to change the oil twice to get the motor cleaned out.
